What size container should you use?
2 plants in a 12 inch container

Which are the best varieties to grow?
I’ve tried many. Any plant from the store. I always get about 10 cucumbers per plant, but the plants suddenly die after that. Next year I am going to try Boothby’s Blonde. It’s supposed to do well in a self-watering container.

I tried Picklebush and Bush Champion from Burpee again this year. This was the third time that I tried to grow them and they got Powdery Mildew. They were supposed to grow in a 6 inch pot or 3 plants to a 12 inch pot. They’ve never completely made it.
