Radishes

What size container should you use?
Radishes only need to be 2 or 3 inches apart so you can grow them in almost anything.

Which are the best varieties to grow?
Any. Radishes are the easiest thing I’ve ever grown. They have to be grown in cool weather, but they only take about 21 days to mature. I planted French Breakfast, Cherry Belle, and Sperling’s Parat (German Giant) , and all of them came up. I waited too long to pick them and green worms ate them. The worms blended in so well with the green tops that I didn’t realize I was holding them until they started moving. I dropped the radishes and screamed. Oh well, I don’t like radishes anyway.
